I am Ehime Eigbe, founder and CEO of Sweetkiwi, a better-for-you frozen dessert company inspired by my personal health journey. After being diagnosed with fibroids, I made significant changes to my diet and became passionate about creating nutritious foods that never compromise on taste. That experience led me to launch Sweetkiwi. I have grown Sweetkiwi from a small local business into an internationally recognized brand. Our frozen whipped Greek yogurt products have been sold through leading retailers, including Whole Foods Market, Target, Giant Food and several independent grocery chains. To date, we have sold more than 800,000 pints and reached over 250,000 consumers. My entrepreneurial journey has required resilience, adaptability and the courage to keep rebuilding through personal and professional challenges. Through Sweetkiwi, I am creating joyful, healthier food experiences while demonstrating what is possible when purpose, innovation and perseverance come together.
