I’m Arielle Cassidy, founder and CEO of The Juice House, a health and wellness brand I started in 2014 from my passion for making nutrition approachable, delicious, and realistic for everyday life. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and more than 20 years in the health and wellness space, I’ve always believed that taking care of yourself should meet you where you are, not demand perfection from you.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve grown The Juice House from an idea into a multi-location business, but some of my greatest growth has happened right alongside it. I’m a mom, an athlete, and an entrepreneur constantly learning how to balance big goals, a full life, and the many different versions of myself.

Building a business has taught me resilience, adaptability, leadership, and the importance of continuing to show up, even when it isn’t perfect. I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections, building community, challenging myself, and using what I’ve learned to help others feel empowered to keep growing, too.
