Crossover Meats is reinventing ground meat using meat. Our patent-protected process blends whole chicken breast with beef or lamb to deliver the taste, texture and juiciness of traditional red meat, with higher protein, less fat and 50% lower environmental impact.

Unlike plant-based alternatives, our products use high-quality real meat with no fillers, soy, plant proteins, mushrooms or lean finely textured beef. Our burgers, ground meat and breakfast patties help families serve high-protein meals that taste great and fit the budget.

I’m the founder and CEO of Crossover Meats. I have spent my career taking on complex problems, finding the opportunity others missed and building the teams and businesses needed to solve them.

I spent 22 years at Accenture before becoming CEO of a private equity-backed healthcare company. I later moved into food and agriculture in southern Africa, where I built businesses and saw firsthand the challenge of feeding a growing population sustainably. That experience led me into alternative protein and ultimately to founding Crossover.

The common thread across my career has been a willingness to step into unfamiliar territory, learn quickly and turn an ambitious idea into an operating business. I’m now building the most ambitious company of my career from Chautauqua County, New York, where I returned to help care for my aging parents. It is an unexpected chapter that has made me more focused, resourceful and determined about the legacy I want to build.
