Open The Joy turned those tools into award-winning, giftable activity kits for kids — carried by Target, Walmart and Nordstrom, more than $10M in sales in under five years — alongside community-building experiences where teams build Joy Boxes that ship to hospitalized children. For InnerJoy Ed I raised capital and built an ed-tech platform delivering a 216-lesson K–5 curriculum, built to measure emotional-intelligence growth rather than simply deliver lessons.

Today I speak and run hands-on emotional intelligence workshops for schools, districts and companies — keynotes, half-day workshops, three-day intensives and team Joy Box builds. Never a lecture. Real, portable tools people make with their own hands and use in the ninety seconds when it actually matters.
