Adriana Soley grew up in Barcelona working in restaurants before she was old enough to legally serve alcohol in most other countries, and by her twenties she was one of Europe's most recognized bartenders, winning international cocktail competitions and earning two O-1, extraordinary ability visas to come to the United States. She moved to New York in 2013, spending the next decade as a trade marketing and national sales manager for brands like Skrewball Whiskey and Torres Brandy, building relationships at World's 50 Best Bars properties and learning what makes a brand sell. In 2018 she turned that experience into her own label, co-founding Stray Dog Wild Gin: a super premium gin distilled in Greece from wild foraged botanicals, now imported through Iconic Imports, the wine and spirits company she built to bring international producers into the American market. Stray Dog donates to animal shelters every year, including Save a Greek Stray, PAWS Chicago and Social Tees NY. Adriana joined the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program in 2022 to help take her companies from a single brand company to a nationwide portfolio, giving other founders a path to place their products in the best bars and restaurants in the USA.
