Megan Graham is the Founder and CEO of Ries, a sustainable packaging brand redefining the relationship between beauty and travel.

For the past 15 years, she has been a leader in fashion and beauty marketing, most recently as the Beauty Marketing Director at Vogue where she led co-partnered creative with brands like L’Oreal and Estée Lauder. Megan understands the business of beauty and what it’s like to be a working woman constantly traveling for her career. She built Ries because of a lack of true solutions in the market for travel-sized beauty containers, most notably for women of color.

She is also on the Advisory Board of Indego Africa, a nonprofit social enterprise that supports women in Rwanda through economic empowerment and education, as well as a member of the 15% Pledge and Masters of Good.
