Natasha Broxton is the CEO and founder of Select Auto Parts and Sales, Milwaukee’s only fully indoor automotive recycling facility, operating for more than 14 years. She built the business from the ground up into a 125,000 square foot operation, then used AI to run it without needing to be in every room herself. That work became the proof behind Alitura Group, the AI modernization firm she founded to help other operators build the same kind of systems inside their own businesses.

Natasha is also the founder of Automotive in Black, a media platform honoring Black professionals in the automotive industry. She has pursued and supported more than $65,000 in grant and business support wins, often applying in spite of imposter syndrome rather than the absence of it. She is a 2026 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, a U.S. Chamber CO-100 Honoree, and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Scholar.
