I'm the co-founder and COO of Hue, a video commerce platform that helps brands show real customers using their products. I started out in growth and analytics at Airbnb and Tubi, where I learned how much of a company's success comes down to the unglamorous work: the operating cadence, the data behind a decision, the systems that let a small team move quickly.

I met my co-founders, Janvi Shah and Nicole Clay, at Harvard Business School. Janvi kept describing a problem she had lived, shopping online for beauty products and never finding a review from someone who looked like her. That gap turns out to be expensive for brands too, showing up as low conversion and high returns. We built Hue to close it, sourcing short-form video reviews from a diverse community of real customers and embedding them directly on brand sites. One customer saw conversions rise 45% after launching with us.

The Tory Burch Fellowship gave me a group of women founders I could be honest with about the hard parts. Building a company is a long series of small decisions, and it helps not to make them alone.
