I founded Dotted Line Agency in 2014 without outside capital, a holding company behind me, or a playbook, just the conviction that ambitious organizations grow fastest when brand strategy and business strategy become the same conversation.

More than a decade later, Dotted Line has grown into an independent strategy, creative, media, and communications agency recognized by Inc. 5000, Adweek Fastest Growing Agencies, and Virginia Business Best Places to Work.

Throughout my career, I've found that the biggest business opportunities rarely start with a marketing problem. They start with a growth problem, a customer problem, a positioning problem, or a leadership decision. That's why our work increasingly sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, technology, and business transformation.

Before founding Dotted Line, I worked in communications, operations, and HR at a Fortune 200 company. That experience shaped how I lead today. I think like an operator first, which means I'm less interested in campaigns for their own sake and more interested in helping organizations build sustainable growth.
