Before becoming an entrepreneur, Esther spent over a decade working across 38 countries, advising governments, organizations, and leaders on complex challenges. Through that work, she saw how much opportunity depends on being able to understand what makes you distinctive and communicate that value clearly. She built BeActChange around that insight.
