Born from our experience serving thousands of families through Tiny Textures Salon for Kids, we saw firsthand the need for effective products parents could trust and children could enjoy. Textured Kids exists to fill that gap while helping children build healthy relationships with their hair. Our mission goes beyond haircare, we’re nurturing healthy crowns, confidence, and positive self-image from childhood.

I’m Regina Holden, a wife, mom, and entrepreneur passionate about creating spaces and products where children with textured hair feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. I’m the founder of Tiny Textures Salon for Kids, a specialty children’s natural hair salon created to transform what can often be a stressful hair-care experience into one rooted in patience, confidence, and joy.

My entrepreneurial journey began with a simple but powerful need I saw in my own community and grew into a business that has served thousands of families. That experience also revealed another gap: parents needed safe, effective products created specifically with textured-haired children in mind. That inspired me to launch Textured Kids Haircare, a plant-based hair-care brand built around healthy hair, positive identity, and the Fruits of the Spirit.

Entrepreneurship has stretched me, humbled me, and required tremendous resilience. Through every challenge, I’ve remained committed to building businesses that solve real problems, create meaningful impact, and help the next generation love the hair and reflection they see in the mirror.
