Pack Up + Go is a travel agency that plans curated vacations around the United States. The catch? Travelers don’t know where they’re going until the day they leave! Customers complete a pre-trip survey to provide trip dates, budget, history + preferences, and Pack Up + Go takes it from there. One week prior to departure, travelers receive the forecast + packing tips; on the day of their trip, they open an envelope to reveal their destination!

Since 2016, Pack Up + Go has sent over 45,000 travelers to destinations nationwide. Our travelers range from young couples, to families, to retirees, proving that surprises aren’t just for adventurous 20-somethings. Our goal is to make traveling exciting, stress-free, and as easy as possible.

Lillian Rafson is the founder + CEO of Pack Up + Go, a travel agency specializing in surprise vacations around the U.S. She launched the bootstrapped business at 23 years old, and the company has now sent 45,000+ travelers to 300+ destinations nationwide. The company spreads the economic benefits of tourism to thousands of small + minority-owned businesses around the country, while encouraging spontaneity, exploration, and adventure among American travelers. Pack Up + Go has partnered with brands like Ford, Cap’n Crunch, Heineken, and Chase, and has been featured on Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, The New York Times and Vogue.
