Sarah is on a mission to keep people moving as they age.

She has lived with rheumatoid arthritis for over 20 years, and when she couldn't find a wrist brace worth wearing to her own wedding, she designed one herself. She shared photos online, and hundreds of women living with arthritis reached out seeking better joint support.

Sarah teamed up with Trevor, a hand therapist, to turn that first brace into a full line of patented, FDA-registered joint-support wearables designed for everyday life.

She also runs Women with Rheumatoid Disease, a free online community of over 30,000 patients, and is an active voice in arthritis advocacy.

Before Grace & Able, Sarah spent 20+ years in corporate project management at KPMG, EY, and PwC. Originally from London, UK, she now lives in Washington state.
