I built my practice the way many women here built theirs: figuring it out as I went, closing gaps nobody warned me about, and refusing to accept "successful but exhausted" as the ceiling. That path earned me a spot as a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumna and award recipient, and San Diego Magazine's Women's Pioneer Award in Media and Marketing.
