WELL offers private labeling to retailers, fast casual and hospitality brands nationwide, home delivery throughout Orange County, CA, and provides refills and memberships at its flagship Newport Beach, CA retail store.

Following a 15-year career in brand strategy, luxury hospitality, lifestyle management and marketing, Kristen followed her passion for wellness and water to open WELL in 2017. Inspired by her appreciation for all things organic, hotel level hospitality, coastal beauty, and protecting the environment, and coupled with her own personal experience with chemical sensitivities, WELL was born. As a young girl, Kristen grew up drinking from glass and admired her mom’s dedication to organic produce and glass packaging. After reading these studies and realizing it is harder to find clean water without the effects of environmental toxins, plastic, and other chemicals, WELL was born.

Kristen was recognized as a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow in 2021 and graduated as a 2024-2025 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Scholar from a Babson College entrepreneurship program. When she’s not at WELL, Kristen enjoys travel and loves spending time on sailing trips, playing tennis, hosting dinner parties, attending the Newport Hills Garden club, and walking at Crystal Cove with her dog Sailor.
