MEGGIE PALMER

I'm an Exec Coach, Speaker & Facilitator. My mission is to get women wealthy and ultimately close the gender pay & leadership gap.
I work with excellent humans to help them earn 5 & 6 figures more a year in income either via pay raises or business growth.
I run a Mastermind community of professional women earning $300-800k a year striving to be able to be work optional by 50.
On the b2b side my business works with Fortune 500 companies running professional development programming and helping them recruit, retain and promote top talent. Among our clients JP Morgan, Salesforce & Tiktok.
I have 70k+ women in my community. We've been featured in Vogue, Forbes & NBC to name a few.

I serve on several boards and am a passionate angel investor.
In my former life, I was a foreign correspondent. I spent more than a decade working as a journalist for BBC World, CNBC & Dateline.

I've interviewed Brad Pitt on the red carpet, Bashar Al Assad in his Palace in Damascus & I once had the fun task of speaking on stage after Obama.

Before founding PepTalkHer, I was VP Business Development & Content Partnerships for the Financial Times. I'm a proud Aussie who now calls NYC home.
