Marilynn Joyner is a 3x founder, angel investor, and advisor building companies at the intersection of career advancement, community, capital, and entrepreneurship.

After spending 15+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, working at top companies JLL and CBRE, she left the traditional corporate path to build the companies and communities she wished had existed throughout her own career.

She is the Founder & CEO of Her Workplace, the private membership network connecting ambitious corporate women to the relationships, mentorship, and opportunities that move careers forward.

She is also the Founder & CEO of Fund Her Network, the AI-powered capital access platform connecting female founders to the right investors, and Canvas, a commercial real estate advisory firm supporting growing companies.

Her entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by a belief that access—to the right people, rooms, resources, and capital—can fundamentally change the trajectory of a career or company.

Marilynn holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
