Dr. Amy Foxman is an educational psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and founder of Ability & Co., which provides innovative behavioral, educational, and family support services. Amy founded the company in 2018 after recognizing a need for a more naturalistic, individualized, and child-centered approach to applied behavior analysis services. What began with Amy and three therapists has grown into an organization of almost 50 team members serving children and families across clinic, home, and school settings.

Amy’s entrepreneurial journey is driven by a desire to rethink how children and families are supported and create programs and community partnerships with meaningful, sustainable impact. She was selected as a 2025 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow and is a participant in Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.

Deeply committed to her community, Amy serves on the Board of Directors of the JCC Dallas and is Board President of the Camp Nebagamon Scholarship Fund. She also is an appointed member of the Texas Health & Human Services Intellectual and Developmental Disability System Redesign Advisory Committee, where she contributes to efforts to improve systems and services for individuals with disabilities across Texas.
