Destiny Dairy Bar is a farm store and agritourism stop outside Carlisle, PA, where we sell A2 milk, ice cream, cheese, Wagyu beef, and pasture pork raised right on our own family farm. We serve families who want their kids to touch a cow, not just read about one, and who are tired of not knowing where their food actually comes from. We exist because the food system has gotten so disconnected that most people never meet the person, let alone the animal, behind their dinner. We're trying to close that gap: come see the herd, meet the people who raise them, and taste milk that hasn't traveled further than our own creamery. It's food with a face behind it, and a farm you're always welcome to walk onto.

I'm a fourth-generation dairy farmer running Destiny Farmstead and Destiny Dairy Bar on preserved farmland outside Carlisle, PA. I grew up in the barn, then earned a B.S. in Dairy Science from Cornell and an M.S. in Dairy Nutrition from UW-Madison, plus additional training in sustainable dairying in New Zealand, all so I could come back and do this work better.

For years I toured on-farm businesses across the country, taking notes on what worked and what didn't, until I had a clear picture of what I wanted to build: a place where people could see exactly where their food comes from. I opened Destiny Dairy Bar in February 2022, selling A2 milk, ice cream, cheese, Wagyu beef, and pasture pork, all raised and made right here.

Becoming a Tory Burch Fellow gave me room to actually learn and grow instead of white-knuckling it through the next crisis. It gave me the courage to show up as myself, not some polished version of a founder, and real enthusiasm for the everyday grind of this work, the kind you only get after living that grind long enough to still love it.

This whole thing exists because I believe families deserve an honest relationship with their food, and with the people who raise it.
