Holly Ong is the founder of Sibeiho, an award-winning Singaporean condiment brand based in Portland, Oregon. Originally from Singapore, she grew up immersed in the country's multi-cultural food scene — Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Nonya culinary traditions she has spent her life carrying with her.

Before launching Sibeiho, Holly built a 20-year career in brand strategy, marketing, and product creation with brands including Nike and Nestlé Nespresso across Asia and the U.S. When she moved to Portland, she channeled that expertise into her greatest passion: food, culture, and community.

In 2019, Holly began hosting farm-to-table Singaporean supper clubs, introducing Portland to the bold flavors of her homeland. The crowd-favorite Sambals inspired her to launch Sibeiho in November 2020 — in the middle of a global pandemic — pitching to retail buyers over Zoom while they sat at their kitchen tables.

Five years on, Sibeiho has earned five Good Food Awards and placement at Whole Foods, New Seasons, Murray's Cheese (NYC), and Market of Choice. As an Asian female founder, Holly sources locally wherever possible, champions fellow female business owners, and believes bold flavor has the power to connect us all.
