In 2019, I opened a storage box filled with jewelry I had designed over the previous 15 years, expecting to rediscover pieces I loved. Instead, I found styles I would never wear again. That moment made me question why beautiful jewelry had to feel so temporary.

I started Sara Patino Jewelry in my basement with a new vision: to create thoughtfully designed pieces women could enjoy for years. Becoming a mother deepened that purpose. I wanted jewelry that worked beautifully in real life and a business that considered the world my son would inherit.
