Maggie Spicer

Maggie Spicer is an attorney and the founder of Source Beauty, a DC-based firm specializing in sustainability and social impact in the beauty and personal care sector. She works with global brands and retailers on sustainable business strategies related to product design, marketing, and compliance. She was previously an associate at the global law firm White & Case, where she specialized in business & human rights, before moving in-house to serve as supply chain regulatory counsel at Amazon.
She lives with her husband and two children in Hyattsville, MD and enjoys native plant gardening, developing new recipes for her low-waste cookbook, and visiting the myriad farmers markets in her town.
