Pamela J. Booker Consulting helps Shopify brands grow through email marketing, SMS, and retention strategy. I work with product-based founders, mostly in beauty, haircare, and CPG, who have customers coming in the door but not enough coming back. I build the flows, segmentation, and lifecycle programs that turn first-time buyers into repeat revenue.

I started teaching and consulting in 2015 while still running Koils by Nature. Fifteen years of running my own brand taught me that the businesses that last are the ones that keep their customers, not just the ones that keep finding new ones. Since then I've worked with more than 50 brands and helped generate over $30 million in additional revenue, using the same systems I built for my own company.

I'm the founder of Pamela J. Booker Consulting, where I help ecommerce brands keep the customers they already have through Shopify, Klaviyo, email, SMS, and automation.

My story starts in Seabrook, South Carolina. I am Gullah Geechie, and my family has been on that land since 1751. I served in the U.S. Army, worked in technology for the federal government, and in 2009 founded Koils by Nature, a natural haircare brand. Over 15 years I grew it from a small online shop into Amazon, Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Kroger, and more than 1,000 beauty supply stores, with a subscription community of over 2,000 members.

When I closed Koils in 2024, I took everything I learned about retention and turned it into a consulting practice. I've now worked with more than 50 brands and helped generate over $30 million in additional revenue. I also founded Veterans Disability Education to help fellow veterans understand the VA disability claims process.

I'm excited to keep building alongside women who know what it takes to grow something from nothing and are still hungry to learn.
