Auratherapy is a wellness fragrance and experiential retail company helping people understand and intentionally shift their energy. We combine personalized aura and chakra readings with clean, alcohol-free aroma perfumes and simple scent rituals designed around how someone wants to feel. Since launching, we have completed more than 15,000 readings through our retail studios, events and partnerships with leading spas, hotels and wellness destinations, including Canyon Ranch, Exhale Spa and Kohler. Our vegan, cruelty-free products are made in small batches in Asheville, North Carolina. As we grow, we are bringing together wellness, retail and technology to make personal energy more visible, meaningful and actionable.

I’m Laura McCann, a lifelong entrepreneur, brand builder and founder of Auratherapy. Over the past 30 years, I’ve built businesses across fashion, technology, consumer products and wellness—always drawn to ideas that help people experience something in a new way.

Auratherapy grew from my own health journey. After years of searching for answers to a chronic digestive condition, I discovered how breathwork and aromatherapy could shift the way I felt. That experience inspired me to reimagine fragrance as a tool for well-being rather than something we simply wear. Today, Auratherapy combines aura and chakra insights with clean, alcohol-free aroma perfumes and personalized rituals that help people better understand—and intentionally shift—their energy.

We have conducted more than 15,000 aura readings and work with consumers, spas, hotels and wellness destinations. I’m now leading Auratherapy into its next chapter: bringing together wellness, retail and technology to make personal energy more visible, meaningful and actionable.
