Dr. Amanda L. Aiken began her career as a fourth grade teacher and went on to become an award winning turnaround principal and cabinet level district leader. Throughout her career, she saw how strong leadership could transform organizations and how burnout, unclear governance, and unplanned transitions could threaten even the most important missions.

In 2017, Amanda founded A.Leigh Solutions to create tailored experiences that help leaders and teams gain clarity, strengthen alignment, and move forward with purpose. In 2019, she expanded that vision by launching the Center for Sustainable Leadership, which focuses on succession planning, governance, and leadership sustainability.

Together, A.Leigh Solutions and CSL form a leadership ecosystem supporting leaders, teams, boards, and organizations throughout the leadership lifecycle. Their work develops current leaders, strengthens teams, prepares organizations for transitions, and helps missions endure beyond any one leader. Amanda brings lived leadership experience, executive insight, and exceptional facilitation to every engagement.
