Andrea Seymour is the Co-Founder, CEO and Principal Designer of Springdale Custom Builders, an award-winning luxury design-build firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since founding Springdale with her husband, Brian, in 2016, Andrea has helped grow the company into a multimillion-dollar firm recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and a highly personalized approach to the building experience.

Andrea leads the firm’s design, sales, marketing and strategic growth, bringing a background in hospitality, sales and corporate leadership to an industry she believes can deliver a more elevated client experience. An avid traveler, she draws design inspiration from architecture, materials and craftsmanship around the world. As a mother, she also brings a strong focus on functionality, believing exceptional homes should be equally beautiful and livable.
