We serve the people whose ears work overtime: hearing aid wearers, earbud users, swimmers, seniors, and parents up at 2 a.m. with a child tugging at an ear. In other words, everyone with ears. Bootstrapped, profitable, and roughly 90% female, we're building America's most trusted name in ear care.

I spent 13 years in the pharma industry watching billions flow into eye care while doctors kept telling me the same thing: their patients had ear problems and nothing good to offer them. An entire category, untouched by innovation for decades. Everyone else saw boring. I saw wide open.

So in 2015, I bet on myself and founded Eosera in Fort Worth, Texas. I built it brick by brick: first formula, first factory, first buyer willing to gamble on a founder in a category nobody was watching. No venture capital, no safety net. Just a formula I believed in and a lot of grit.

Glamorous problems attract crowds. Unglamorous ones attract opportunity. I'll take the ears, thanks. When I'm not chasing the next unmet need, I'm serving on boards in my community, playing golf, and raising two kids who've watched their mom prove that betting on yourself is a risk worth taking.
